AtwoodFest Vendor Terms & Conditions
VENDOR SELECTION PROCESS—Given that one of the objectives of AtwoodFest is promoting the local business and residential community, should space become limited, preference is given to local interests first AND previous AtwoodFest vendors second.
FOOD VENDORS—AtwoodFest visitors have come to expect a variety of food and festival reps reserve the right to limit the number of vendors that sell a given food. Vendors can offer non-alcoholic beverages including soda, flavored water and juices in non-glass containers. Food Vendors CANNOT offer bottled water for sale. Per Madison City Health Code, all food service areas must have a canopy or tent and hold a Temporary Restaurant Permit. Atwoodfest does not issue these permits, all vendors must apply with the city.
INSURANCE— All vendors must provide a certificate of insurance (COI) listing the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center as additionally insured as follows:

Reasonable levels of electricity is available for FOOD VENDORS ONLY and is included in the fees. Access to power is within 100’ of your exhibit. Vendors must supply their own extension cords. PLEASE DO NOT PLAN TO PUT MULTIPLE HIGH AMP UNITS ON POWER STRIPS. We MUST know the units/amperage required for each unit. If this information is not supplied on the registration, we do not guarantee meeting your electrical requirements.
ALL OTHER VENDORS, INCLUDING ARTS AND CRAFT, MASS PRODUCED, INFORMATIONAL AND NOT-FOR-PROFITS: Electricity is not available unless vendors provide their own whisperer level quiet generator. If you wish to provide your own power through use of your own Honda Whisperer generator please list on registration. We reserve the right to approve use of all generators.
Vendors selling items MUST have a State of Wisconsin Seller’s Permit. The Permit # is required on your registration.
OVERNIGHT SECURITY— Exhibits can remain up over night. And while security will be present overnight, the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center and it’s AtwoodFest partners, the SASY NA and the Barrymore Theatre are not responsible for missing or damaged materials.
REGISTRATION FEES/CANCELLATION—Exhibit types and fees are listed on the registration form. Completion/submission with applicable fee of a registration form does not guarantee space. Registrations will be reviewed and applicant will be notified if registration is approved. Preference is given to local vendors on a first-come first-served basis. The registration form and the information contained on this document, exists as the sole agreement between the vendor and AtwoodFest representatives. This agreement is subject to cancellation and nullification by AtwoodFest representatives in the event that the AtwoodFest is cancelled. AtwoodFest representatives have complete discretion to cancel AtwoodFest for any reason whatsoever. In the event of cancellation, exhibit fees are non-refundable and AtwoodFest representatives are not liable for any damages. Examples of reasons AtwoodFest representatives may cancel AtwoodFest include, but are not limited to, inclement weather, riot, national disaster, or accident/sickness. Complete all applicable sections on the registration form. Date, sign and include your permit number on your registration.
Mail, Email or Drop-Off your registration and other appropriate forms and fees to the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center, located at 504 S. Brearly Street.
Make a copy of the registration form for your records. Keep this page for your reference.
