Third Party Fundraisers

Host a Fundraiser & Support Wil-Mar!

You care about our community and want to make a difference. You understand that access to essential programs, child care, healthy food, and supportive services isn’t guaranteed for everyone in Dane County.

Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center invites you to take action by organizing your own third-party fundraiser to support our programs! Your efforts will directly help local families, children, and individuals who rely on Wil-Mar’s resources every day.

What is a third-party fundraiser?

A third-party fundraiser is any event, sale, or drive where a group or individual raises funds on behalf of a nonprofit like Wil-Mar. These events not only generate crucial support but also raise awareness about the needs in our community.

How can you help?

There are so many ways to get involved! Here are some fun and meaningful ways to raise funds while supporting Wil-Mar’s programs:

  • Bake sale

  • Brat stand

  • Community picnic or block party

  • Bowling or trivia night with proceeds benefiting Wil-Mar

  • Car wash

  • Concert or open mic night

  • Craft or art sale

  • Donations in lieu of wedding or birthday gifts

  • Donations in memory of a loved one

  • Garage sale

  • Lemonade stand

  • Raffles (50/50, gift baskets, etc.)

  • Run/walk for Wil-Mar

  • Casual dress day at work or school with participation donations

  • "Cut Out Hunger" day at salons & barbershops—donate a portion of service fees

  • Restaurant night where a portion of sales benefits Wil-Mar
