Overview:

The Eastside Express (ESX) is a low cost, 7-week half-day summer camp for up to fifty (50) 7-12 year olds. ESX offers a host of recreational and cultural activities daily. In addition, the camp is structured to provide teens with first-experience employment as camp support staff.

Cost:

$5 per day. Must sign up for whole weeks. Must sign up for a minimum of three weeks.

Camp Hours:

8:30 - 11:30am daily

Marquette Elementary School

Camp Weeks:

Week 1: (June 16th - June 20th) No camp on June 19th

Week 2: (June 23rd - June 27th)

Week 3: (July 30th - July 3rd) No camp on July 4th

Week 4: (July 7th - July 11th)

Week 5: (July 14th - July 18th)

Week 6: (July 21st - July 25th)

Week 7: (July 28th - August 1st)

Arrival/Pick-Up:

On Jenifer Street, near the Jenifer Street parking lot. You MUST check your camper in and out each day. Families that do not follow this policy may be barred from participating in the camp.

Camp Format & Weather Cancellations:

Eastside Express is an open-playground, supervised summer camp. Eastside Express is not a childcare substitute. On days that storms are expected, camp will be cancelled. All weather announcements will be made via our Facebook page, so please be sure to follow us and check-in there.

Eastside Express provides first-time work opportunities for Eighth graders and high schoolers. Upcoming eighth graders are able to volunteer as Junior Counselors. High school students are paid positions. Apply below.
