Festival Intern Program

Festival Intern Program teens will join Wil-Mar’s festival team and help plan and implement Madison's line-up of incredible summer festivals, with a focus on Fête de Marquette, in particular. This is a paid intern program and successful applicants will be introduced to the behind-the-scenes of festival and community event planning. In between festivals, interns will support efforts to maintain festival inventory supplies, property, and event landscapes.

The festivals that our interns will be involved with include: Fête de Marquette, produced by the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center. The Waterfront and Orton Park Festivals, produced by the Marquette Neighborhood Association. And finally, the Willy Street Fair, produced by Common Wealth Development and the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center.
